We invite motivated individuals to apply for our Ph.D. student position in The C. Eugene Bennett Department of Chemistry at West Virginia University. Successful applicants will embark on a comprehensive training journey, encompassing bioanalysis, cell biology, microfluidics, mass spectrometry, engineering design, and testing, and engage in cutting-edge research, focusing on the development of new analytical methods. This will involve the creative application of acoustic, electronic, and material science principles in the realms of biomedical research and clinical applications. Our research holds significant relevance across a broad spectrum of industries. Graduates from our group have started careers in various sectors, including pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, instrument manufacturing, government agencies, and academic institutions. We are committed to diversity and inclusivity, welcoming candidates from all walks of life. Prior research experience, while valued, is not a prerequisite for application.
